With the joint efforts of former president of NCTU Wu,Yan-Hwa and former CTO of TSMC Jack Sun, the two sides signed a cooperation agreement on May 20, 2013 and held an unveiling ceremony “National Chiao Tung University-TSMC Joint Research Center” was officially established.
